Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve brand objectives across the US and Canada markets.
* Lead and manage the US and Canada marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations to drive integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on ROI and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required with preference in Business, Communications or related discipline.
* 10+ years progressively responsible in marketing roles within CPG industry, ideally with a supplement, OTC or nutrition / wellness company.
* Marketing experience in both US and Canada markets.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and developing high performing teams.
* Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
