Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to execute key digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with SEO teams on content strategy and production.
  • Collaborate with SEM teams and agencies to develop growth strategies.
  • Enhance and develop our social media paid strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute annual action plans.
  • Drive and report on the performance of all digital campaigns.
  • Work with various teams to enhance overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on new trends to better understand customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google and Bing Ad Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram social platforms.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and 3rd party platforms and partners.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Keen eye for graphic design.
  • Self-motivated to drive improvements and influence others.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
