Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, leading both the Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and is designed to achieve expected KPI targets.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Create and implement innovative strategies to increase traffic to our branches, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business growth.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and success.
  • Lead efforts to standardize distinctive in-store elements, including merchandising and branding, to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all locations.
  • Foster partnerships with local communities and businesses to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships within each market.
  • Lead the retail marketing team, developing and executing strategies tailored to each location's unique needs, local market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing team responsible for generating high-quality leads for our buyers and call centre.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of retail and digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve traffic and sales objectives and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Relationship-focused, with a commitment to open and honest communication and mutual trust.
