Ken's Auto Parts Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 store employees, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions and drive sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine product offerings and services to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations, including inventory control and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, word processing software, and inventory control software.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence and access to public transportation.
Work Environment

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and working a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
