Job Title: Store Operations Manager
About Us: On The Run - Convenience Store is seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the store's daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff members, assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Collaborate with colleagues to select products and services that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Identify opportunities to promote the store and its offerings, including social media, promotions, and community events.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Create and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to maintain financial health.
- Resolve Issues That May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges that may impact store operations.
- Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Attract, select, and develop talent to support store operations and achieve business objectives.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate Daily Operations: Continuously assess and improve store operations to ensure high-quality service, efficient processes, and maximum profitability.

Compensation: Our competitive salary for this role is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holidays, and more.
