About This Role

As a Store Director at Uconnect Wireless, you will be responsible for leading our retail business and overseeing daily operations. With 30 to 40 hours of work per week, this is a permanent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff and assign duties effectively, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Study market research and trends to drive sales volumes and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, with a focus on meeting customer demands.
  • Implement pricing and credit policies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Locate, select, and procure high-quality merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize store performance.
  • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues promptly and professionally.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members to build a strong and efficient team.
Working Conditions and Requirements
  • This role requires attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a well-organized approach to tasks.
  • A valid English language proficiency is required, as English is the primary work language.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
