Job Summary

B.C LTD is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. This role requires a strong background in staff management, budget planning, and marketing strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of employees, assign tasks, and supervise their work.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate and select merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products meet customer demands.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions: The position involves working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.
