Harbinger Network has partnered with a leading ICI/Civil Construction Company to seek a District Manager to join their team in the Ottawa area.
The District Manager will be responsible for leading the district's operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the safe delivery of quality projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the district's operations and providing strategic direction
- Building and managing relationships with business partners, team members, and customers
- Leading business development activities within the district
- Assisting the Project Team in resolving issues with clients, sub-trades, and consultants
- Ensuring the safe delivery of quality projects in a consistent manner and exceeding client expectations
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the Canadian Construction Industry in a Senior Management position, hold a professional engineering degree, and possess excellent leadership, motivational, and mentoring skills. The candidate should also have strong management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
