Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
