About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between departments and teams.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including greeting and directing them to contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, including reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
