We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Advance Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
- Record Keeping and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Computer and Technology
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software.
