Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 2113626 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of hotel staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk agents and housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure the front desk is staffed and operational at all times, providing excellent guest service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as room changes or requests.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
Work Environment:

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a high level of customer interaction and a focus on providing exceptional guest service.

Language:
