Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 2113626 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of hotel staff, ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will work in a hotel setting, with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced, with a large workload and overtime required at times.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
