About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at AUM Company Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and other relevant data, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance and support to staff on menu planning and preparation.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
