About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at AUM Company Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and other relevant data.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance and support to staff.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
