At Paper Excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing customer relationships through order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality.
- Develop new business opportunities through account development, order history, product knowledge, SLA's, inventory, sales performance, cost to serve, and inbound lead qualification.
- Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape trends, including market trends, pricing, products, delivery schedules, and service platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to leverage technology, where appropriate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a CRM such as salesforce.com.
- Sales experience.
- Prior export experience.
- Bilingual (English, French, and Spanish) capabilities a plus.
