Job Summary
Secure Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and sustainability by maximizing business relationships and opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and sustainability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure ongoing account management support
- Develop sales leads and initial inside sales calls for the industrial services division
- Establish and maintain community relationships within the region
- Prioritize business development efforts towards high-potential revenue generating opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Collect market data to help identify new opportunities
- Maintain and update Customer Experience (CRM) platform
- Utilize technical understanding to develop proposals and presentations for clients
- Represent and promote Secure Energy at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial services, waste management, hazardous waste, mining, water treatment, demolition, or environmental services
- Excellent selling, communication, and customer relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of the principles, methods, and strategies used for promoting and selling services
- Solid work ethic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Effective communicator with strong people, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Strong commitment to safety and understanding of behavior-based safety culture
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
