As a Product Management Director at Electronic Arts, you will lead two small teams focused on Social capabilities and User Generated Experiences (Content services and Moderation). This requires a deep understanding of diverse customer needs and internal product/service requirements, as well as the ability to balance both from a platform owner's perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable platform capabilities and fundamentals.
  • Set clear objectives to align team members both internally and cross-functionally to deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of Platform offerings.

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, with experience leading managers preferred.
  • Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems, with at least 2+ years of working with developer-facing products (e.g., developer tools, consoles, SDKs) in a product role.
