Key Responsibilities

As a Product Management Director at Electronic Arts, you will lead two small teams focused on Social capabilities and User Generated Experiences (Content services and Moderation). Your key objective will be to define a compelling strategy to advance UGX capabilities on and around our platform. This requires a deep understanding of diverse customer needs and internal product/service requirements, as well as the ability to balance both from a platform owner's perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable platform capabilities and fundamentals.
  • Set clear objectives to align team members both internally and cross-functionally to deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of Platform offerings.

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, with experience leading managers preferred.
  • Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems, with at least 2+ years of working with developer-facing products (e.g., developer tools, consoles, SDKs) in a product role.
