About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 8173. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
