About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 8173. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons 8173, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. You must be physically demanding and have excellent attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
