Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons 8173, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that our food meets quality control standards, and that our staff follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Operations and Administration: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
