PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
