Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the relationship between our Canadian clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include renewing contracts, upgrading customer hardware, and offering specific products. You will join a dynamic team that values a fun and successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place and receive telephone calls to provide exceptional sales and customer service.
  • Accurately input, retrieve, and access customer information from a computer system.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions with full knowledge of features and benefits.
  • Attend and participate in required training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to program improvements by providing feedback and suggestions to Team Leaders.
  • Comply with established Zedd security policies and practices.
