Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GILANI GROUP INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports and supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
- Safe Food Handling certificate and basic security clearance.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment: Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
