Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Shefield Express #4. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing business decisions and driving sales growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive revenue.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring they are fair and competitive.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
