Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Chevron (Terrace). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 5-10 people and assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient operations.
- Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure them for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, and positive attitude.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
