Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Shefield Express #4. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing business decisions and strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise for resale, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: Strong sense of integrity and ethics in all aspects of work.
- Positive Attitude: Positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
