Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SKEENA TRADING COMPANY LTD.
Job Summary:The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and store displays.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Assistant Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
