Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at AR ENTERTAINMENT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation and Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Technology and Software: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Experience and Education: The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and proficiency in English.
