We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Peninsula Canada. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be part of our Trailblazer Sales Programme, which provides comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your sales goals.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone-based sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A basic salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year
- A realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $70,000 in the first year
- Totally uncapped commission - top performers can earn over $100,000 per annum
- An excellent benefits package, including health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and employee assistance program
- Previous sales experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
- Confident communication skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a target-based environment
