Job Title: Casual Secretary
Job Summary:
The St. Clair Catholic District School Board is seeking a Casual Secretary to provide administrative support to the school principal and staff. As a key member of the school team, the Casual Secretary will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to the principal and staff, including preparing financial reports and other documents.
- Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities.
- Providing customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the Casual Secretary will need to have:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
