- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 people
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30-40 hours per week
