**Job Summary**

The St. Clair Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Casual/Call-in School Secretary. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to the School Principal and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the School Principal and staff, including preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve common goals and objectives, and provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
