Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade and depth specification
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
  • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including rural and urban areas, commercial and industrial sites, and residential areas. You will be exposed to dusty and noisy environments, and will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Ability to work in a team environment
