Job Title: Office Administrator

Brandt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Construction & Forestry location, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including general office duties, switchboard operations, and typing and filing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and create presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our office operations are efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Two-year diploma or university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
