Multilingual Technical Support Specialist

TouchBistro is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our Point-of-Sale and restaurant management system. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with our Point-of-Sale and restaurant management system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Deliver customer feedback to our Product and Development teams to inform future product development
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

About You

  • You have a University/College degree in a relevant field
  • You are bilingual in English/Spanish, both oral and written
  • You have experience with Apple/iOS and computer networks
  • You are a self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results, and solution-oriented
  • You must be flexible/adaptable and have a knack for thinking on your feet
