Job Summary

The Contract Administration Analyst is a key member of the Grid Maintenance department, providing high-quality administrative support to multiple leaders and their teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of processes and contractual transactions, supporting program delivery and budgetary attainment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to leaders, including filtering and responding to inquiries, delivering presentations, and liaising with other leaders and professionals.
  2. Project Management: Support leaders with project management, including preparation for meetings and engagement with process stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Administer monthly reporting, including project progress accruals, actual vs estimated variance analysis, and allocation of expenditures.
  4. Process Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives, including advancing departmental processes and system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead activities of other support staff, including temporary staff and student resources.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field from an accredited University.
  2. Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in progressive administration at a medium to large organization with established processes.
  3. Technical Skills: Highly skilled in the use of software, including Microsoft Office programs and electronic calendar/mail software.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong understanding of work flows, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound decision-making, and high-quality customer service.
Work Arrangement

Toronto Hydro has introduced a Hybrid Work Arrangement, allowing for remote work up to three days per week, based on business needs. Employees are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
