We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PRO TECH COLLISION LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations

In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our team to develop and implement administrative procedures and processes that will improve our overall efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
