Opportunity Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-wide Identity Access Management (IAM) process models, ensuring they align with relevant industry standards. This role will involve consulting and supporting the strategic implementation of IAM processes, covering all aspects of access control and ensuring that all procedure documents are up-to-date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Modeling and Implementation
    • Define and maintain enterprise-wide IAM process models and supporting materials for all five IAM capabilities:
    • Access Attestation and Remediation (A&R)
    • Access Request and Provisioning (AR&P)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Authorization
    • Authentication
  • Client and Physical IAM Process Models
    • Define and maintain Client IAM process models and supporting materials for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities.
    • Define and maintain Physical IAM process models and supporting materials for Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) capabilities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and business stakeholders in translating minimum requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Roles and Responsibilities Documentation
    • Maintain roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, using the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • 4-5 years of experience in IAM process modeling and implementation.
    • 4-5 years of experience in an IT risk and controls role.
    • Experience in delivery or support roles.
    • Strategic mindset with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Education and Certifications
    • CISSP or CRISC certification is a plus.
    • Knowledge of IT standards and methodologies is an asset.
