Job Summary

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team at Bluebayinvest. As an IAM Process Expert, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining enterprise-wide IAM process models, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM process models, including Access Attestation and Remediation, Access Request and Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Authorization, and Authentication.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and business stakeholders, translating minimum requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, utilizing the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of IAM processes.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in IAM process modeling and implementation.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an IT risk and controls role.
  • Experience in delivery or support roles.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP or CRISC certification.
  • Knowledge of IT standards and methodologies.
