Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. is seeking a proficient Identity and Access Management Lead to enhance their innovative IT team. In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership, oversee the deployment, and manage the daily operations of Identity Access and Active Directory management. Your responsibilities will include managing both privileged and non-privileged access across various infrastructure and application environments, ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid/O365 infrastructure, Mobile Device Management platform, and Enterprise Certificate Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members to foster a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer developmental opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Encourage a customer-focused approach within the team.
  • Oversee resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
  • Implement and manage Identity Access and Privileged Access Management systems.
  • Establish authentication and authorization standards.
  • Supervise corporate Active Directory, Cloud Azure AD, DNS services, and Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Manage Exchange Hybrid infrastructure and future transitions to Microsoft O365.
  • Ensure adherence to ITSM policies and manage configuration incidents.
  • Maintain compliance with PCI and security standards.
  • Lead quarterly assessments and patching/hardening initiatives.
  • Address audit gaps and align IAM infrastructure with audit requirements.
  • Support Disaster Recovery planning and upkeep.
  • Facilitate authentication and authorization integration for projects.
  • Provide comprehensive project oversight, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
  • Assist in developing a roadmap for Identity Access, Privileged Identity Management, and related technologies.
  • Define and uphold key metrics and SLAs for efficient operations.
  • Communicate IT project impacts to stakeholders and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and manage support, maintenance, and service agreements.
  • Oversee procurement processes and contribute to capital and operational budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, including resource management, performance management, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Strong expertise in managing Active Directory infrastructure, including Cloud Azure AD and DNS services.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Office 365, including SharePoint Online, Exchange, OneDrive, and Skype for Business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Exchange Hybrid/O365 infrastructure.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication infrastructures (e.g., RSA, Azure MFA).
