Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. is collaborating with a distinguished crown corporation in Ontario to find a talented Identity and Access Management Specialist to enhance their innovative IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation and daily operations of Identity Access and Active Directory management.
  • Oversee both privileged and non-privileged access across various infrastructure and application environments.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of corporate Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid/O365 infrastructure, Mobile Device Management platform, and Enterprise Certificate Authority.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage resources across multiple projects effectively.
  • Supervise corporate Active Directory, Cloud Azure AD, DNS services, and Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Oversee Exchange Hybrid infrastructure and facilitate future migration to Microsoft O365.
  • Ensure adherence to ITSM policies and manage configuration incidents.
  • Support Disaster Recovery planning and maintenance activities.
  • Deliver authentication and authorization integration for various projects.
  • Provide comprehensive project oversight, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate the impacts of IT projects to stakeholders and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience, including resource management, performance management, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Extensive expertise with Office 365, encompassing SharePoint Online, Exchange, OneDrive, and Skype for Business.
