Lead Manager of Identity and Access Management

Work Location:

  • Oversee a comprehensive suite of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services, including Privileged Access Management, Virtual Directories, and Multifactor Authentication solutions.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of IAM Engineering initiatives and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to enhance security measures.
  • Direct engineering specialists in converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Engage with Governance, Information Security, and engineering teams to align strategies.
  • Coordinate with support teams across the organization and with IAM service providers.

Technical & Professional Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in managing IAM Services.
  • Solid understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and project cost estimation techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • Experience in design, engineering, and implementation of various technologies.
