About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through consultative sales techniques and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with marketing agencies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in their Google Ads campaigns.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account management plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, business, communications).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in consultative sales and account management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Google Ads and related marketing tools.

  • Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary starting at CAD $51,000, with earning potential up to $73,950 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.
