Job DescriptionThis role requires a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and increase revenue through effective account management and trade strategy execution.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving profitable growth, developing and implementing annual business plans, and leveraging their knowledge of key sales fundamentals to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve year-over-year volume and profit growth objectives
- Leverage strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drive incremental revenue through promotional plans and trade strategy execution
- Partner with customers to drive in-store awareness and lead internal creative briefing for marketing activities
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A university Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of CPG sales experience
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include hybrid work arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic company culture.
