Job Description

This role requires a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and increase revenue through effective account management and trade strategy execution.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving profitable growth, developing and implementing annual business plans, and leveraging their knowledge of key sales fundamentals to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve year-over-year volume and profit growth objectives
  • Leverage strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive incremental revenue through promotional plans and trade strategy execution
  • Partner with customers to drive in-store awareness and lead internal creative briefing for marketing activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A university Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of CPG sales experience
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include hybrid work arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic company culture.
