About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow existing client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Coordinate Aon resources to deliver exceptional client service and ensure the successful implementation of client solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • AMF license in commercial insurance or desire to obtain one.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
