Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and effective leadership, guiding teams toward achieving business objectives.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple agency locations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency's market presence, increase sales, and drive business growth.
- Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and industry professionals.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the agency's budget, overseeing financial performance and ensuring targets are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the agency operates in compliance with insurance regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within an insurance brokerage agency or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance operations, market trends, and financial management within the insurance sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in the insurance industry (e.g., Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), etc.).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with AMS 360, Salesforce.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving financial targets.
- Salary: Starting at $150,000 plus bonus.
