About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading industry player, empowering results for our clients through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance
- AMF Commercial Lines license or desire to obtain one
- Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry
