**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining restaurant in Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards and menu offerings.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure employees are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
  • Financial Management: Analyze sales data, manage labor costs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage labor costs, sales data, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Guest Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
