Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 1182761 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgetary Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability and minimize costs.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Transportation/Travel
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
